This former Scrutiny Committee was a kind of overall policy-formulating body for the way the various Overview and Scrutiny Committees operate. It was insisted upon by the Labour and Liberal Democrat groups, and was not part of the original plans for Overview and Scrutiny on Medway Council. It met regularly, usually on a Tuesday evening commencing at 6.30pm, in the Presentation Suite at the Civic Centre, Strood.
